EdgeTech can provide remote customer support from anywhere in the world by directly connecting to your sonar system. With this service, which is included as standard with every system, the EdgeTech customer service representative is virtually sitting right there with you and can diagnose any problems and walk you step-by-step through the solution.

In order to utilize this service you must first contact a customer service representative who will initiate the remote connection.
