RS2700 Multi-Gas Dew Point Analyzer

This automated multi-gas dew point analyzer housed in a Nema 4 enclosure can measure dew points from two to seven different gases, and dew points as low as -75°C. The model RS2700 uses a single chill mirror dew point sensor to ensure precision accuracy, stability, and repeatability.

Automated Process Sampling

• PLC controlled including operating software.
• PLC data logging capability.
• Time intervals settable by the end-user.
• Measures one dew point gas at a time.

Multi Gas Dew Point Sample

• 2 to 7 samples lines typically available, optional: additional sample lines available.
• Each gas line has a 0.1 micron in-line particulate/coalescing filter and control valve installed.
• A flow meter is mounted down stream from the sensor to control the flow rate at 0.25 to 2.4 liters/minute (0.5/5 SCFH).

Automatic Balance Control (ABC)

• Automatically corrects for most mirror contaminants.
• Increase the length of unattended operation.
• Automatically balances the dew point control circuit.
• For convenience, you choose the time interval for ABC cycle.

Serial and an Isolated Analog Output for Dew Point

• RS232 communication and a 4-20mA isolated output.

Dual Alarm Capability

• User programmable.
• Can be set for latching or auto–reset mode.
• Form C for greater versatility.
