EdgeTech can provide remote customer support from anywhere in the world by directly connecting to your sonar system. With this service, which is included as standard with every system, the EdgeTech customer service representative is virtually sitting right there with you and can diagnose any problems and walk you step-by-step through the solution.
In order to utilize this service you must first contact a customer service representative who will initiate the remote connection.

Discover Software Available for Download
NOTE: For users with a previous version of Discover software already installed, it is always best to uninstall the previous version of software by using Programs and Features and then download and re-install the latest Install Shield below.
The base package of EdgeTech Discover software is available for download below.
Please note, Discover Apps includes applications, such as the new Coverage Mapper, and have been separated from the base package into a separate installation file in order to keep file download sizes reasonable. We understand some of our customers need access to these files while in remote location or on survey vessels with limited bandwidth. To download the Discover Apps please contact Customer Service and they will provide our FTP download instructions. (Note: The 4125 Software is the full version with the Discover Install and Discover Apps. It is over 300MB.)
